5. QC: The QC will measure whether the dimensions of the samples are qualified according to the drawing parts and send the samples to the client.

Sheet Metal tooling
The sheet metal process for rotational molding molds mainly includes design, cutting, forming, welding, and surface treatment.
1. Design: First, design the mold according to the product drawings and make a layout.
2. Forming: Then, cut the sheet metal materials and shape them through processes such as bending, rolling, and stamping.
3. Assembly: Next, weld and assemble them into the mold shell.
4. Processing: After that, conduct surface treatments such as polishing and coating.
5. QC: Finally, inspect the dimensions and strength, and carry out installation and debugging.
