S136 mold steel and H13 hot work die steel, with their excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, lay a solid and durable foundation for the molds. The lock catches are made of spring steel, whose high elastic limit and fatigue strength ensure that the molds can maintain accurate fastening force during frequent opening and closing operations. The surfaces of the accessories are treated with nitriding, chrome plating, or PVD coating, forming a dense protective layer that effectively resists the erosion and wear of materials.
In terms of structural design
The lock catch system integrates the principle of leverage and the wedge-shaped self-locking structure. Through precisely calculated engagement angles and fastening strokes, pre-stress fastening is achieved, enabling it to stably withstand an internal pressure of up to XX MPa during the rotational molding process. The accessories adopt tolerance designs such as transition fit and interference fit. With high-precision assembly at the IT6-IT7 level, the coaxiality and sealing performance of the molds are ensured, completely eliminating the risk of material leakage.
In terms of manufacturing processes
Precision technologies such as electrical discharge machining (EDM) and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) are used to precisely carve complex curved surfaces and tiny holes, and strictly control the draft angle and the surface roughness with Ra≤0.8μm. Functional parameters of the lock catches, such as the opening and closing frequency, the adjustment range of the locking force, and the safety coefficient, are deeply optimized through finite element analysis (FEA), endowing them with reliable dynamic mechanical properties.
In addition, the entire process adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system and the GB/T mold industry standards, reaching the international leading level in key indicators such as dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and surface quality.
